Statement of Interest

R P Monteith, the builder, applied for an extension of the original warrant in September 1902, when four houses were already erected and occupied and two were in the course of being erected. The terrace is a later variant of the Wardrop, Anderson & Browne designs on the Braid Estate, Edinburgh. They have survived complete with their original details, particularly the glazing.
