Circa 1820. 3-storey 4-bay tenement. Cream ashlar sandstone; rusticated at ground; stugged to upper floors. Base course; band course above rustication; cill courses to upper floors; cornice. Panelled main door with ashlar fillets and segment-paned round-headed fanlight to centre right bay; tenement door to right bay with lowered 4-pane letterbox fanlight.
2-bay rubble rear elevation.
Timber sash and case plate glass windows. Grey slates; ashlar coped mutual skews; coped ashlar stacks (one rebuilt).
WALL AND RAILINGS: wall to front with saddleback ashlar coping and railings.
Forms part of a continuous terrace; laid out by Robert Burn in 1808.
