Description

Dated 1837. Single storey and attic, 3 bay symmetrical classical house with single storey wing adjoining to S. Cream sandstone ashlar; rubble to sides and rear. Base course; cornice and blocking course above windows; overhanging eaves.

E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central doorway; modern door; plate glass fanlight; pediment above breaking eaves; 2 light box dormer above.

3 light canted windows in bays to outer left and right.

Plate glass 2-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate piended roof; tall coped wallhead stacks, rendered to S; moulded cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1996.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low coursed and coped boundary wall to street.
