Description

Peddie and Kinnear, 1867. 4-storey 3-bay modest Italianate office. Polished cream sandstone ashlar; mouldings reduced or simplified during repairs of 1970s. Round-headed windows at ground and 1st floor; arcaded at ground with consoled cornice and door in right bay; balustraded balconies to corniced 2nd floor windows; diminutive attic windows to 3rd floor; eaves cornice. Monogrammed PK and dated 1867 at 2nd floor.

Timber casement windows, border-glazed at ground. Piend and platform roof; grey slates.

INTERIOR: not seen 1995.
