Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 6-bay symmetrical pair of classical houses forming part of terrace. Lightly stugged cream sandstone ashlar. Base course; cill course to 1st floor windows; cornice and blocking course.

W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: doorways to central bays; panelled doors; small-paned geometric fanlights; single windows to 1st floor above, blind window above door to No 31. Single windows in remaining bays to outer left and right.

E ELEVATION

12-pane, timber, sash and case windows; external, secondary glazing to 1st floor windows of No 31. Grey slate pitched roof; mutual, coped ridge stacks; moulded cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1995.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low coped rubble boundary walls; replacement railings.
