Description

William Burn 1825-6. Symmetrical block. 3-storey and basement terrace with fluted Ionic column porches and balustraded parapet; 4-storey and basement flatted end blocks (2, 4 and 28); ground floor channelled throughout.

Perth Street corner is later completion of original scheme, following Burn's design on Henderson Row but with bay-windows to Perth Street; later 3rd floor additions at nos 16-26.
