Description

Circa 1825-30. Simple late Georgian cottage of distinctive proportions set at angle to street. Single storey and dormerless attic, high slated roof with straight skewed gables and end stacks, 2-window and centre door frontage, coursed rubble with pinnings and droved dressings with flush margins, plain pilasters integrated with eaves band course frame 4-panelled door with rectilinear fanlight.

Gables split boulder rubble with ashlar stacks, each has single off-centre attic window with original glazing, right hand door (now blocked) with steps at west gable.

Short piended wing at back. Reglazed at ground floor. Later front garden wall of concrete, piers with fluted friezes.
