Early 19th century, modified later 19th. 2 storey harled with painted dressings, margins stop-chamfered later. To Bank Street 2-window gable front and 2-window wing to right later pilastered shop with central door and 2 tripartite window, some of detailing incomplete panelled and corbelled stack at apex of gable. To School Wynd 2 sections, north end

1 window with 1 bay return of shop ground floor 3 windows 1st floor,

south end stepped lower, door, 2 cellar openings, 2 ground and 2 first floor windows. North end slated, south end pantiled, with skews and rendered stacks.
