Late 18th century, two storey. Front to Albert Road ground floor large round-headed pend to right gives access to Armatage Street, shop to left, pair of bipartites at 1st floor, rendered as coursed bull-faced

rubble with smooth margins slated. 2 storey, 2 window, harled front to Armatage Street at rear.
