Circa 1910. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Rubble with contrasting
painted concrete dressings. Centre entrance; 3 ball finialled
gabled dormers break wallhead; segmental-headed lintels to
all openings; 4-pane glazing. Coped end stacks; slate roof.
