John Carver and gatehouse demolished 1884 after closure in
1883. 2-storey and attic coursed rubble square 3-storey
battlemented angle towers with tall corbelled angle rounds,
central 3-storey narrow bay with twin shaft chimney. Modern
additions. Small mansion house associated with farm steading.
