Description

Poat 1853. 2-storey, 3-bay house with later addition of distinctive gables to outer bays windowed as dormers. Painted and lined render; raised cills.

W ELEVATION: door at centre, 2-leaf panelled doors with letterbox fanlight. Windows in flanking bays and to each bay at 1st floor. Outer bays gabled later with large, round-arched windows to attic.

N ELEVATION: blank.

S ELEVATION: abutted by modern outbuilding.

12-pane glazing pattern in sash and case windows. Gable end stacks. Rendered with decorative clay cans. Graded grey slates.

GATE AND BOUNDARY WALL: decorative 2-leaf cast-iron gates. Rubble boundery wall with mannered rubble coping.
