Description

Circa 1863 astylar terrace of 12 houses; 2 storeys and
basement; 2 bays per house. Shallow advanced 4-bay
terminal pavilions. Polished ashlar, channelled at
ground, mostly painted. Steps oversailing basement to
shallow pilaster doorpieces; doors with pilastered
reveals and fanlights (paired doorpieces at pavilions).
Ground floor windows tripartite; 1st floor alternatively
tripartite and single light. Sash windows; plate glass
glazing. Continuous band course over ground floor;
eaves cornice; blocking course; deep plain parapet at
pavilions. Axial stacks, stone octgonal flues, state
roofs.
No. 27 door now window; steps removed.
