Description

Circa 1885 astylar tenement with Thomsonesque detailing.
4 storeys with shops at ground, on corner site. 4-bay
elevations to Great Western Road and Oakfield Avenue
with bow window at angle rising through 1st, 2nd and
3rd floors. All windows with pilastered reveals, at 1st
floor with disc frieze. Left bay of Great Western Road
elevation with tripartite windows; all others single-
light. Sash windows, plate-glass glazing. Heavy string
course over ground; band courses at cills; lintel
cornice at 2nd floor. Plain main cornice, axial stacks,
slate roofs.
