6-bay tenement block; 3-storey, attic and basement.
Painted ashlar, channelled at ground. Steps oversailing
basement to paired Roman Doric pilaster doorpieces;
doors with pilaster reveals and fanlight. All upper
windows architraved, corniced at 1st floor. Sash
windows, plate-glass glazing. Continuous band-course
between floors; eaves cornice. Axial stacks, (some cut
down) slate roofs. Cast-iron railings to steps and
basement.
