Later 19th century. 2-storey 3-bay villa with basket- arched openings at ground - outer bipartites, pilastered centre doorcase; polished ashlar, architraves, rusticated quoins, original glazing (plate glass at ground, 4-pane pattern above); bracketted cornice; piended slate roof.
