Description

Circa 1875. Curved terrace of 2-bay tenements, 3-storeys
attic and basement. Polished ashlar, v-channelled at ground,
partly painted or stonecleaned.
To right steps oversailing basement to tripartite doorway
with glazed sidelights and double leaf doors. Single light
architraved windows to 1st and 2nd floor. To left, 2-storey
canted bay window rises from basement; at 2nd floor bipartite
window. Sash windows plate glass glazing. Cornice over
ground and 1st floors. Continuous cill strings at 2nd floor.
String course at eaves bracketted cornice, blocking course.
Tall corniced axial stacks slate roofs. Droved ashlar flanks.
Low stugged ashlar wall with polished coping. Square ashlar
gatepiers cast-iron railings to steps.
