1878-1888. Classical astylar 3-storey offices and
workshops now converted to housing. 7-bay elevation to
Walls Street. 5-bay elevation to Blackfriars Street.
Painted ashlar, channelled to ground. Walls Street
elevation with round-arched pend to right, pilastered
corniced doorpiece to left, door with fanlight. All
windows single light, sash and case with plate-glass
glazing. Architraved and corniced windows to 1st floor.
Moulded cill band to 1st and 2nd eaves cornice, slate
Blackfriars Street elevation similarly detailed.
