Description

Circa 1830. 3-storey and basement, 6-bay commercial building. Painted ashlar. Central entry at head of steps oversailing basement, with Corinthian columned portico on pedestal; recessed arched and keyblocked doorway. Basement shop with consoled cornice fascia; ground floor corniced; 2nd floor cill band. Sash and case windows in architraves. Eaves cornice; blocking course.

Statement of Interest

NOTES: This building was demlished circa 1990 and new office premises developed behind a replicated facade. Note addition of cornices to 1st floor windows.
