Later 19th century. 2-storey villa; show influence of
Alexander Thomson. Single gable is street elevation,
wide, shallow-pitched and broad-eaved (slated), 3 round-
arched 1st floor windows with channelled voussoirs;
at ground, asymmetrically-placed broad-eaved canted
window; stugged coursers; polished dressings; plate
glass sashes; end stacks; painted porch on right hand
flank, range beyond perhaps not original. Painted
gatepiers have projecting caps.
