Description

Circa 1880/90, showing influence of Alexander Thomson.
2-storey, 3-bay villa, deep bracketted eaves with
pediments over outer windows, pedimented near-centre
porch, square columns with incised ornament; mullioned
windows in outer bays, curved ground floor window in
shallow advanced left bay, projecting bipartite right
with pilastered jambs and mullions. Stone-cleaned yellow
ashlar, stugged and snecked; plate glass sash windows;
end stacks; piended slate roof.
Boundary wall also stone-cleaned; square gatepiers.
