Later 19th century 2-storey 3-bay villa with mullioned
windows (plate glass sashes; painted ashlar, ornamented
detail between floors; outer bays with continuous window
jambs treated as giant pilasters; pilastered mullions;
shallow projecting window left, canted window right
these each full-height with main roof breaking forward
over; inner door set in pilastered doorcase; deep main
frieze; prominent bracketted eaves; shallow-pitched
slated roof; end stacks.
Low boundary wall to street and gatepiers all ashlar.
