Description

Late 19th century. Asymmetrical 2-storey 3-bay villa
with steep French roof over advanced right bay, also
projecting full-height window with curved outer lights,
and topped by wall-head dormer; balustraded original
porch in re-entrant angle (door blocked). Polished
ashlar, sculptured detail including classical ornament,
windows in left bay with Egypto-Greek carving to
pilaster-mullion capitals; stacks; slate roofs.
Stepped boundary wall to street, massive modern
additions recessed on right flank and to rear.
