Description

Late 19th century 2-storey villa with renaissance
details, 3 bays, full-height canted window left,
mullioned windows right, ground floor openings -
including central door - all in pilastered frames with
sculptured panels above in continuous frieze between
floors; yellow ashlar; plate glass sashes; slated roof
with deep bracketted eaves, red ridging tiles; end
stacks. Boundary wall to street, ornamented and painted
square gatepiers.
