Built circa 1880. 2-storey villa with symmetrical 3-bay
front with full-height outer canted bays, centre
Corinthian-columned porch; polished ashlar, pilastered
window jambs and mullions at 1st floor; plate glass
sashes, upper sashes with leaded panels; bracketted
deep eaves; end stacks with Thomsonesque chimney
cans; piended slated roof, metal-finialed subordinate
roofs over canted bays, Rear wing.
Stepped boundary walls, square gatepiers.
