Description

Style of Alexander Thomson circa 1860. Ashlar 4-storey 8-by
14-bay tenement with shops. Ground floor altered except at
Gourock Street. 1st floor windows with consoled cornices. 2nd
floor windows have continuous band course with small discs
raised over windows and corniced. 3rd floor continuous cill
course and windows divided at head level by pairs of dwarf
pilasters with antefixae. Entablature with parapet at corner.
Angled corner bay similarly detailed. Gourock Street
elevation similarly detailed with one blind bay. Ground floor
has 5 original simple bays with close entry.
Some windows are modern.
