Sinclair and Ballantine, 1904, as Masonic Halls. Renaissance. Occuies prominent gushet site with semi-domed, tall apsidal end; rock-faced red ashlar, slated and copper roofs. Hall at upper level; rooms below. Flank elevations are not identical - triple gablets to Overnewton Street, breaking eaves, ogee domed feature to Haugh Road, also reaching above eaves. Iron railings to street, in front of apse.
