Description

Circa 1865. Terrace of 3-storey and basement 2-bay houses (3-bay No 1), arranged in pairs and stepped in slope. Ashlar, channelled at ground. Corinthian pilastered doorpiece to each house with canted windows rising from basement into 1st floor. Single 1st floor window over door in architrave with decorated brackets to cornice. 2nd floor bipartite over canted windows; 2 canted windows in No 1. Eavesband, cornice, blocking course. Sash and case windows with plate glass glazing; panelled storm doors, some etched glass inner doors; No 5 with stained glass inner door, No 10 Cottieresque side panels. Slate roof.
