Description

Circa 1865. Forming end house of Terrace 4-13 Kelvin Drive but 4-storeys and 3-bays. Painted ashlar, channelled at ground. Central tripartite doorway, 4-light canted window to light, 4-light bowed window to left, both rising through all storeys. Continuous cill courses (decorated at 1st), to each floor; cornice over ground; string courses over 1st; cornice and pierced roof parapet with circled design over 2nd. Slate roof, conical roof with finial over bowed bay. Square corniced gatepiers and similar ones to balustrade flanking door.
