Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey terrace, symmetrically arranged, centre slightly taller and shallow advanced; but altered. Originally polished ashlar, some houses painted or stone cleaned, No 4 dry dashed. 2-bay houses, single window entrance bays, tripartites in 2nd bays, consoled balconies over doors, their original ironwork retained except Nos 3, 7, 8 and 9; plate glass sashes mostly retained; blocked main cornice; stacks, at ridge and set near eaves; some roofs (all slated originally) now tiled. Small front gardens (to N), low boundary coping, square piers.
