Probably earlier 19th century. Small single storey 3-bay T-plan
lodge building sited on falling ground. Cream sandstone, coursed
rubble with droved ashlar dressings. Raised margins; overhanging eaves with exposed rafters.
NW (FRONT) ELEVATION: doorway to centre with small windows flanking.
SW AND NE ELEVATIONS: single windows.
SE (REAR) ELEVATION: rear jamb with secondary doorway in re-entrant angle.
Timber sash and case windows, mostly 4-pane, some 12-pane glazing. Piended slate roof with metal flashings; central stack.
INTERIOR: not seen 1993.
