Description

Circa 1840. Late classic, 2 storeys painted ashlar with
broad raised margins with modernised ground floor
shops. 6-window elevation, with architraves, lugged top
and bottom and raised at centre of lintel. 2-window
elevation to Church Street, recessed panelled quadrant
angle, main architrave and cornice, (frieze elided).
Slated roof and corniced ashlar stack to Church Street.
Architraved doorpiece at 80. Altered glazing at 78, 80,
original at 82, 84, late Victorian shopfront with well
detailed cast iron columns at 82-84. Semi circular rear
stair turret, coursers with piended dormer.
