Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey, symmetrcial 3-bay villa with classical details. Cream sandstone ashlar. Base course; cornice; blocking course; architraved windows at 1st floor; pilaster quoins.

S (CLYDE STREET E/ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: distyle-in-antis recessed porch supporting lintel with segmental-arch in shallow relief, fanlit door, half-glazed vestibule door. Each window flanking set in segmental-arched recess with moulded apron. Low entrance to pend to outer right. 3 symmetrically disposed windows at 1st floor.

Mostly 4-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof, corniced rendered end stacks. 2 slate-hung dormers with low pitched roofs, rooflight to centre.
