Description

1864. 2-storey, 6-bay symmetrical tenement. Cream and pink sandstone rubble, rendered and lined as ashlar to N elevation, painted, ashlar dressings. Base course; band course; cornice; balustraded parapet rising to segmental-arched panel to centre with ball finials and intertwinning monogram SW and date; architraved and lugged segmental-arched windows to N.

N (PRINCES STREET/ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: 2 windows to centre, pair segmental-arched doorways flanking, consoled cornice, and each with deep-set panelled fanlit door. Window to outer right and left.

6 symmetrically arranged windows at 1st floor, blinded to 2nd bay from right and left. Mostly plate glass sash and case windows, one 10-lying-pane sash and case window, some replacement windows.

Grey/green slate roof; rendered coped gable stack to right, corniced sandstone stack to left, reduced stack to centre.
