Description

Early 19th century 3-bay house, circa 1870 extension with
large 3-light window, 2-storey canted window to right of
door. To this W L Carruthers, circa 1900, added English Arts
and crafts style substantial wing (now No 62), harled with
ashlar dressings and some half-timbering. Large
asymmetrically composed many-gabled villa. Porch with
pediment over entrance. 2-storey canted bay window with
stone mullions at north. Timber mullioned windows.
