Early 19th century. 2-storey, 2-bay terraced house sited on falling ground. Harled with painted stone margins. Bays widely spaced with door to left (boarded with small-pane, letterbox fanlight), and regular fenestration above and in flanking bay to right.
12-pane and 4-pane timber sash and case windows.
Setted foreground and paved street. Part of the Hill Street Conservation Area. The street was formerly known as Hill Place.
