Early 19th century. 2-storey and attic house over raised
basement, 4 S facing bays. Tooled ashlar frontage, rubble
return gable to Land Street, polished ashlar dressings.
Off-centre recessed pedimented entrance with Roman Doric
columns in antis. Deep band course/basement lintel course;
4-pane glazing; 2 modern swept dormers; blocked ground floor
and dimunitive attic windows in Land Street return gable.
Coped end stacks; slate roof.
