Description

Early 19th century, 2 storey and basement, 3 bay front to
Roxburgh Street, Centre door aproached by railed steps
over area has moulded architrave and cornice; front of
coursed squared ashlar with polished projecting window
and angle margins, moulded eaves course and blocking course,
coursed rubble flanks with rectangular stacks, piended slated
roof. Retaining wall with cast-iron railing between rectangular
corniced angle piers to Roxburgh Street.
