Dated 1728. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Dry-dash with stone margins.
NW ELEVATION: symmetrical. Step up to deep-set timber door with inscribed lintel 'PGAD (HEART) 1728' in centre bay at ground, with 3 small square windows grouped toward centre above, windows in flanking bays to each floor (all abutting eaves).
Plate glass glazing in timber sash and case windows, casement windows to 1st floor centre. Pantiles. Dry-dash stacks with cans; ashlar-coped skews.
BOUNDARY WALLS: flat-coped rubble boundary walls.
Form of door suggests it leads onto stair direct to upper floor and that the ground floor may originally have served some industrial, store or byre function.
