Description

Early 19th century. Terraced house, perhaps always incirporating a public house. 2-storeys and attic, 4-bays. Pebbledashed with painted margins and rusticated quoins at left. Central door with flanking windows, 2 bipartites in outer bays, 4 windows in 1st floor all with plate glass sashes. 4 wallhead, piended, canted dormers. End stacks, slate roof.

Statement of Interest

St Cuthbert's street was built post 1816. It is not shown on Wm Daniel's engraving of 1816.
