Early 19th century. Detached house, possibly a pair. Originally 2 storeys and attic, 4-bays. Pebbledash with painted margins. Off-centre door, 2 windows to left, 1 to right, 4 in 1st floor, all with 12-pane sashes. Eaves course; 2 piended dormers and 1 wide central dormer with 2 lights, all later 19th century. Irregular fenestration on gable, 1 small attic light. Straight skews with simple moulded skewputts, end stacks, slate roof. Modern extension at rear.
1991 revision: elevation rendered, dormers removed.
