Description

Peddie and Kinnear. 1876. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Ashlar with rusticated quoins. 1930s marble plinth facing and scrolled piers flanking entrance. Central door with architrave and bracketted segmental pediment. 2 storey canted bay to left, tripartites to ground and 1st floor to right. Bipartite over door with bracketted cill. All windows

have architraves with apron panels under 1st floor windows in outer bays. Bracketted cornice. Piended slate roof. Stack on west elevation.
