Description

Mid 19th century. Symmetrical villa, occupying prominent
position at Townhead bridge. 2 storeys over basement, 3 bays,
central pilastered doorcase, panelled door with fanlight,
ground floor tripartites in projecting square bays, single
windows at 1st floor. Whin rubble with contrasting ashlar
margins; single pane sashes; 2-bay flanks, end stacks on
ramped bases, piended roof covered with graded slates.
Set behind cast-iron-railed boundary to street.
