Description

Built 1816. Single storey former bath house. Painted
ashlar and dressings. Elevation to Bath Street has tall
round-headed doorway in advanced central bay; door has
side lights and arched fanlight. Flanked by 4 windows,
those to right, sashes, blind windows to left. Cill course,
eaves course and cornice with blocking course above
entrance. Curved south gable has 3 9-pane windows with
raised cills. Elevation to Fort Street is similar, but
with segmental-headed doorway; windows to right have
raised cills; 2 outer left bays blocked by modern
rectangular cafe.
