Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay pair of flatted dwellings converted to single house in irregular terrace, extended at E corner with flat-roofed extension. Coursed, bull-faced ashlar blocks with base and eaves course, stone cills and mitred, stop-chamfered arrises at ground; random whinstone rubble to rear.
S (HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: door with letterbox fanlight to outer left with 3 window bays to right, centre window in blocked doorway, 3 windows at 1st floor.
12-pane glazing pattern in modern windows. Grey slates. Ashlar skews with 1 slate row on outer verge, thackstanes and cavetto coped ashlar stacks with cans; truncated rubble gablehead stack at rear.
Value as part of adjoining 18th century terrace to W. Modern flat roof harled building to E has a marriage lintel dated 1714 with initials ID HS, and weaving implements.
