Later to late 19th century. 2-storey, 1-by 6-bay irregular rectangular plan house with single storey wing, converted to club house 1930 by James Gillespie and Scott, now in use as house (1994). Aberdeen Bond whinstone, contrasting droved ashlar long and shortwork quoins, eaves course and cavetto cill course at 1st floor to right extending to N elevation with gable to street.
E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 2-storey, bays grouped 2-1-3. 2-leaf panelled door to right of centre with window to each floor to outer right, advanced crowstepped single bay breaking eaves to left; original single storey single bay wing extended S by 1-bay (harled) now with further door.
N (STREET) ELEVATION: single gabled bay with corbelled stone bracketed oriel at 1st floor and stone half-piend roof.
Modern glazing. Grey slates with small roof-light. Crowstepped gables, square finialled to N, beak skewputts, cavetto coped ashlar stacks with cans to S and W. Decorated rainwater hoppers. Single storey wing with deeply overhanging eaves with exposed moulded rafter ends.
BOUNDARY WALLS: saddle-back coped, squared and coursed whinstone boundary wall with opening to N.
listed for contribution of oriel window to streetscape. Gillespie Scott alterations included the lettering "British Legion Leslie Branch Club".
