Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay tenement, office at ground. Painted rubble. Base and lintel courses, raised margins to 1st floor windows.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: 2 windows to centre at ground, fanlit boarded doors to outer bays. 3 windows at 1st floor.

E (SIDE) ELEVATION: harled, lop-sided gable.

Modern glass at ground; plate glass sash and case windows above. grey slate roof, ashlar coped skews; rendered stack to left gable, bipartite slate-hung dormer with wooden mullion and piended roof.
