Probably William Scott, earlier 20th century. Low 2-storey, flatted house. Bull-faced snecked cream sandstone rubble, ashlar dressings.
N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: architraved deep-set half-glazed door off-centre left, window to right, small window to left, fanlit boarded door to pend to outer left. 2 widely spaced windows at 1st floor.
16-pane sash and case windows. Gret-green slate roof, ashlar coped skews.
Sensitive and good quality infill building.
