Late 18th century/early 19th century, altered Brown and Wardrop 1872. Originally two-storey, 3-bay with centre pilastered doorpiece, harled with ashlar plinth, band-courses window and angle-margins. 1872 alterations included the addition of a central, canted bay through ground and 1st floors, the doorpiece being re-used with a cast-iron balcony at 1st and a pierced lozenge parapet at the wall-head, topped by vases. Slated bell-cast roof with tall rectangular, cavetto corniced stacks at flanks. Large modern 2-storey flat-roofed addition to rear.
