Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay tenement in irregular terrace. Sandstone ashlar to front, rendered to rear.

W (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 3-step flight to central entrance, rectangular fanlight, modern door. Window centred above at 1st floor, bays flanking with window at ground and 1st floors, canted dormers centred above.

E ELEVATION: forestair to raised ground floor, gabled dormer above.

N ELEVATION: adjoining 119-121 Bridge Street.

S ELEVATION: gable end in Close.

4-pane timber sash and case windows, modern glazing to dormers. Grey slate pitched roof, stone skews, skewputts. Brick gablehead stacks.
